Christmas Time

My First Christmas was a special one. We all received a visit from "Blizzard Alvin" which made travel a little hard. My weekend begin at Grandma and Grandpa "Macs" - I got a new puppy (toy), some new toys, and some good treats. Then it was off to my uncle Bobs where I saw Santa for the first time - I wasn't sure what to think of him. Christmas morning was spent at Grandma and Grandpa "V". Santa brought me so many nice things and I had a lot of fun opening presents and helping others open. The next day Santa came back to town - I didn't have much sleep so he frightened me. Overall I really enjoyed my time with my Grandmas and Grandpas, Aunts and Uncles, and Cousins.

I am sure glad that I got to be alone with my dad last night, it was the first time it was just us. My mom was able to get her things done last night in EGF and then have a good night sleep. Also my latest H1N1 shot gave me a temperature and a runny nose. I missed the short visit at Grandpa and Grandma "V" but I am sure glad that I stayed home...

1 Week...

Hi ~

Sorry I have been so long again - this is just a busy time of the year. Well today I turned 8 months old - my mom says that I am growing up so fast - I can't wait to run and play with my cousins. I have been busy sitting up and playing on my own, crawling (the right way), decorating for Christmas, and learning to wave.

I hope to see everyone at my Todd Peschs benefit this Saturday.

Update~

I had a great Thanksgiving. There was a lot to be be thankful for this year... I was able to see all of my family and spent some quality time with my Grandmas and Grandpas. I have been enjoying my days at Heathers (daycare), it is fun playing with my playmates. This last week I proved to mom and dad that I could sit in a big boy chair to eat. I also have been enjoying my time at swim lessons - this week my dad came with and I "dunked" him then he did the same. The other pictures of me in my crib below were taken by my parents - It was taken at 10:30PM when I was suppose to be sleeping but I just wanted to play.

Swim Lessons

Today was my first day of swim lessons. I loved it so much. My buddy Bennet and his mom joined us. Our dads watched as we learned to kick, blow bubbles, and slide into the pool. I can't wait until next Tuesday.

What's New?

I got to spend the last couple weekends with my Mommy while my dad went hunting, nope he did not get a dear. My second tooth came in - still does not hurt and it is fun chewing on things (even my toes). I started a new daycare - I miss Bennet and the others but Heather is real nice and I am having fun. Grandma "V" came to visit and gave me chocolate, it is real good. I am excited for my first Thanksgiving - I am trying to convince dad to give me a turkey leg.

First Tooth

Today I surprised my dad when he picked me up from daycare. I let him see and feel my first tooth! It was no big deal, I can't wait to get more so I can eat some real food. I am sorry it has been so long since I updated. See you all soon.

Happy Halloween

I had a good Halloween weekend... It started early with my Mom and Dads pumpkin carving contest - this year my dad made me an "Elmo" pumpkin and he won the contest! My Grandma "Mac" came to spend Thursday and Friday with me and she got me excited for Halloween. We spent Friday night in RLF and then I got to see a bunch of costumes on Saturday. We made it home in time to watch the Vikings beat the Packers. It was a long weekend~
